How to use Zest

Within Zest there are six sections easily navigable as links on all of the pages. These six pages are: travelling, lifestyle, socialising, study, jobs and careers and health. Within each page there is a description of the page and how to get involved, followed by a forum and links to useful news articles. Further links are also found on the page ‘Useful links’ connecting you to information and resources and ‘Useful documents’ where you can read and download information to keep on your device. Occasionally we will add other features to these pages.

Below on this page is a Q&A section where you can ask questions of the site admins, make suggestions, and request updates to the information within our ‘Useful documents’.

*Please note that while we try to ensure the Zest pages have accurate information and resources, Zest is a place for people to share personal experiences and solutions. The information on these pages is not meant to be a substitute for professional assistance or advice.*
